Job description
Position: Project Manager (Construction and IRM)
In this role, you will manage a diverse team engaged in Subsea Construction and IRM projects within the Renewable and Oil & Gas sectors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing diving operations, the installation of subsea components such as spool pieces and J-tubes, and the maintenance of pipelines, cables, and offshore structures. You will coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure all project goals are met, providing guidance and support to your team for technical preparations and the creation of engineering documents and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team, managing all aspects of project execution and ensuring effective communication between engineers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise engineers working on technical solutions for Subsea IRM & Construction projects.
- Oversee detailed design and engineering work performed by internal and external engineering specialists.
- Manage preparations for vessel (de)mobilizations, coordinate with offshore teams, and handle project briefings and meetings.
- Attend client meetings, manage client expectations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and professional work.
- Ensure all project activities comply with the company's Document Management System and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Offshore Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role on similar projects.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage technical interfaces effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on approach, strong team player, and professional attitude towards Health & Safety.
