Associate Director - Highways and Infrastructure - Farringdon - Upto £85K+
Our client, a world-renowned International architecturally led multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director to join their dynamic Farringdon based team. This is a permanent role within the Infrastructure Design sector, offering a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects both in the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and leading the development of highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration masterplanning projects.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implementing business systems to optimise cost-effectiveness.
- Managing end-to-end project delivery and process improvements.
- Handling financial aspects such as costing, valuation, price list production, and forecasting.
- Leading infrastructure and building drainage teams across the civil engineering project portfolio.
- Developing bespoke solutions tailored to client or project requirements.
- Engaging in business development and work-winning for multi-disciplined projects.
- Negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in highways and infrastructure projects.
- Chartered Civil Engineer with a solid track record in design and delivery.
- Proven technical expertise in highways geometric design, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
- Experience in drainage and SuDs, earthworks, utilities planning, and utility diversions.
- A strong background in obtaining planning and technical approvals.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Operational and strategic implementation abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities.
