Job description

Our client, a leader in the retail and IT sectors, is currently seeking a Head of Customer/Ecommerce Innovation to join their team in a 12 month fixed-term contract role. This exciting position lies within the CX Innovations department, concentrating on enhancing customer experiences and driving ecommerce innovation.

This job role aims to expand customer-engaged digital channels and improve existing customer journeys through innovative solutions, enhancing experiences at aftersales touchpoints. Secondly, it drives innovation to support ecommerce business by enhancing new features and improving existing functions for better pre-sales customer experiences.

Skills and Attributes:

Essential:

• Experience in ecommerce and customer experience projects and business domains.
• Strong project management and planning skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with IT system integration, architectures, terms, and concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship building.
• Experience in supporting internal and external sales opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations.
• Drive continuous value for clients by understanding and serving their needs.
• Champion client interests and feed strategic insights back internally.
