Overview
Important: All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance, and as a minimum be living in the UK for 5 years.
Working: The role is office/hybrid based with occasional travel to other company sites in the UK. Office site presence, anticipated 2/3 days onsite, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities;
- Inspected and handled in accordance to company operating standards, ensuring goods are adequately packaged to prevent in house damage.
- Maintaining documentation controls in support of the Goods Inwards Inspection processes to which he/she is assigned.
- Participate in the 5S and continuous improvement process and initiatives.
- Able to conduct CMM inspection and support management of Calibration tools
- Reporting all NCs (Non-conformances) issues in the MRB platform and returning defectives back to the suppliers/vendors are rework or replacement.
Experience needed:
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials.
- Ability to ensure that materials and equipment comply with company operating standards.
- Experience in inspecting goods inwards, ensuring adequate packaging to prevent in-house damage.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation controls related to Goods Inwards Inspection processes.
- Experience in managing calibration tools and ensuring equipment accuracy and reliability.
- Experience in identifying and reporting non-conformances (NCs).
- Ability to manage defective materials, ensuring appropriate resolution such as rework or replacement.
- Experience working under the guidance of a supervisor in operational roles.
Experience in the following would be desirable:
- Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous
- Experience in the Naval / Maritime domain would be advantageous.
