We are seeking dedicated professionals to deliver top-tier facility solutions through innovative product implementation programs and technological advancements. The Facilities Conveyor Team is essential in introducing new facilities, materials, product lines, and vehicle updates at our site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the feasibility of new facilities and processes; develop and manage projects to achieve cost, quality, and timing goals.
• Provide essential capabilities and capacities at facilities in line with program milestones, launch plans, and production needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost evaluations for new or modified facilities; create detailed delivery plans to minimise operational disruption.
• Develop engineering solutions tailored to facility capabilities and associated process characteristics.
• Design lean layout solutions to support project delivery and enhance process/operational efficiency.
• Oversee contractors in strict accordance with Control of Contractors procedures.
• Maintain and develop Health, Safety, and Operational Risk Management processes.
• Contribute to compliance with Environmental Innovation and Reporting standards (Energy, Water, Waste).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful handover of new or modified facilities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and other Engineering disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide Manufacturing Engineering support for problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage facility documentation in accordance with Manufacturing Engineering procedures, supporting various audits.
• Lead and participate in multifunctional New Equipment Procurement Teams, ensuring adherence to procurement procedures.
• Track project-based KPIs and prepare weekly reports for the departmental manager.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager.

• Degree qualified or equivalent engineering experience preferred.
• Supplier and project budget management experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently to achieve objectives and targets.
• Flexibility with working hours, including after-hours, weekends, and shutdown periods.
• Experience in delivering Facilities Management solutions across diverse engineering sites and customer types.
• Contract and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Experience with Supplier selection and tender management.
• Understanding of electrical control systems for automated and conveyor equipment.
