Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second line telephone-based technical support to users
• Investigate, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
• Transfer knowledge and skills to increase first line fix rate and reduce costs
• Produce technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
• Engage in continual service improvement initiatives
• Support project delivery as required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer handling and management
• Enthusiasm to deliver excellent services
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Experience in a fast-paced service desk environment
• Understanding of IT best practice frameworks
• Experience in Microsoft environments

Desirable Experience:

• ITIL foundation certification
