Job Title: HSE Advisor
Location: Reading
Job Summary: Seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to foster a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs
• Maintain accurate safety records and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Graduate status with IOSH
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations
• Excellent communication skills
