Our client, a leading company in IT solutions, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a IT Banking Delivery and Operations Director to join their team in a permanent position. This role focuses on maximising the performance of the banking division by maintaining quality in service delivery. In an open and collaborative culture dedicated to constant innovation and proactivity, the new Director D&O Banking will lead this business unit, integrating sustainability as a core business principle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring service quality and optimising resource efficiency.
  • Working on the profitability of the unit, projects, and accounts to guarantee maximum performance.
  • Contributing to the company's strategic planning and growth.
  • Managing financial operations.
  • Anticipating risks and aligning with customer requirements.
  • Continuous improvement of all unit processes.
  • Meeting client and internal team expectations.
  • Implementing processes and procedures in all assigned areas.
  • Optimal management of a team of over 200 individuals.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company culture, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Leading with a strategic vision promoting proactivity and innovation.
  • Building strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaborations and recurring projects.
  • Direct interaction with the executive team overseeing various operations.
  • Motivating and developing the professional growth of teams under management.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in similar leadership roles within the technology sector.
  • Technical knowledge related to technology processes and projects.
  • Experience in the financial and banking sector.
  • Proven track record in high-volume operations.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams of over 150 individuals.
  • Proven ability to develop large accounts and build solid client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of KPIs and SLAs in operations.
  • Expertise in staff forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
