Job description
Our consultancy client supporting Severn Trent Water is currently seeking experienced Project Managers with wastewater experience to join a Tamworth based project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of water projects within the Severn Trent region
- Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensuring all project activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards in the water industry
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management and clients
- Maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with external partners and clients
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in project management, preferably within the water sector
- NEC3/4 experience
- Wastewater experience is essential
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field
