Job description

This role, located in Barrow under hybrid arrangements, will play a vital role in the Defence & Security sector, particularly within Defence operations. This contract role is envisioned to last 6 months with a potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and control processes for submarine projects.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports.
• Identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and security protocols.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.

Job Requirements:
