Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing detailed private and adoptable road and drainage designs
- Performing surface water attenuation calculations
- Collaborating on road and drainage design for both residential and commercial projects
- Engaging in negotiations for Section 104, 106, 38, and 278 agreements
- Ensuring designs adhere to the latest SUDs techniques
- Using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow, and Civil 3D software proficiently
- Delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions within project deadlines
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in road and drainage design for residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow, and Civil 3D software
- Understanding of surface water attenuation calculations and SUDs techniques
- Experience with Section 104, 106, 38, and 278 agreements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
