Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations on site
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts on-site
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to senior management
• Maintaining effective communication within the project team

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in civil engineering with a focus on the water industry
• Proven track record of managing large-scale water projects
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to interpret and implement project specifications and plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering
