Position: CNC MAZAK Machinist (Night Shift)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential for Extension/Permanent)
Compensation: £17 per hour including 40% shift uplift (£46,410 per annum (including night shift uplift))
Location: Farnborough

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong focus on milling. The ideal candidate will be capable of programming, setting, and operating Mazak machine tools using Mazatrol controls. You will be responsible for manufacturing aerospace components from high-performance super alloys, ensuring production output and maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Programming/Operating: Utilize Mazak machine tools and Mazatrol controls for precision manufacturing.
• Production Maintenance: Ensure consistent output, optimise cycle times, and maintain accurate documentation.
• TPM & 5S: Perform regular maintenance and keep the work environment organised and efficient.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years as a CNC Machinist, preferably in aerospace or a similarly regulated industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in milling, Mazak, and Mazatrol controls. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
