Senior / Principal Civil / Structural Engineer
Location: Leeds x1
Location: Warrington/ Liverpool x1
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm (flexible hours available)

The Role:
We're looking for Senior/ Principal Structural Engineers to join our Warrington team. Reporting to the Company Director, you will lead and manage projects up to £20 million, spanning commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic, and temporary works design. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare reports.
• Oversee and review structural designs, including calculations.
• Liaise with clients and manage project scope.
• Prepare tenders, fee proposals, and develop client relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Senior: 4+ years' experience; Principal: 8+ years' experience
• Working towards or Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
• Strong technical and project management skills
• Experience with Eurocodes and UK standards
• Full UK driving licence
