• Process Development:Lead the development, deployment and sustainment of quality assurance processes, methods and tools; with a focus on positive product quality management.

• Innovation: Explore and exploit technology advances to deliver innovative solutions to current day quality challenges; especially in the realms of advanced data analytics using artificial language towards a predictive and prescriptive quality capability.

• Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet user needs and ensure competence of the user base.

• User Support: Manage support requests, incidents, issues, system evolutions and business continuity activities in order to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

• Improve & Standardize: Implement best practices throughout the product lifecycle to improve quality and reduce issues, ensuring standards that are recognized within the industry.

Experience Required;

• Operational experience in product quality management
• Experience of working in an aerospace/ defence engineering business
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, and in particular SAP QM / SAP HANA, together with SAP project and change management experience
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and demonstrating a determination and persistence to deliver results.
