Job description

My client, a leading retailer, requires an experienced BA who offers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central hands-on analysis and expertise. The organisation needs assistance moving forwards now the ERP implementation is complete, and you'll be supporting on improvements and enhancements.

You'll be working with different business units, document findings using swim lane diagrams, using knowledge of D365 Business Central to map business processes, create a RAID log, work with the Systems Integrator and generally support the business in making sure they are using Business Systems correctly.

Someone who is strongly analytical, with excellent comms (business facing role) who can adapt quickly to changes will be well suited.

Experience of working for a retailer is essential, as is extensive experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and knowledge of ERP transformations.
