Job description
This position will allow you the opportunity to work at the forefront of Defence Technology Development, contributing to the strategic direction and implementation of new systems and Technologies, potenital successor programmes and the decisoin making required to slect the concept options that will respond to customer needs.
In this role you will:

Develop Strategic Concepts: Capture and interpret customer inputs to define capability needs, collaborating with multiple partners to generate solid proposals for concept options.

Manage Information Flow: Coordinate the collation of materials from various partners to ensure cohesive information management across multiple project domains, supporting effective decision-making.

Influence Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic plan of the Weapon Family, assessing opportunities against military and portfolio benefit scoring to inform decisions.

Enhance Process Infrastructure: Develop and manage processes and infrastructure to efficiently organize and utilize large sets of information, facilitating easier access and manipulation of data.

Handle Reactive Needs: Actively address and respond to emergent customer queries and needs, adapting strategies and plans to meet evolving requirements.

Drive Cross-Domain Activities: Engage in transversal activities across all domains, ensuring the integration and alignment of efforts across the entire portfolio.
