Job description
Our client, a prominent organisation within the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking an experienced Expenses Administrator for a contract role within their Shared Services unit. This hybrid position, based in Preston, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial administration in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and reconcile employee expense accounts
- Work to recover any money owed to the business
- Perform creditor and debtor reporting
- Produce and analyse KPIs
- Complete tasks as per the weekly task list/schedule of events
- Ensure defined financial controls are observed and report any fails to the team leader or manager
- Attend customer surgeries and meetings as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administration processes and tasks
- Strong understanding of expense account reconciliation and financial controls
- Adept at using multiple ERP systems
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
