Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects across multiple sectors, including Rail, Aviation, Highways, Energy, and Utilities. You will manage project delivery, ensure adherence to NEC contracts, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-sector infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, overseeing compensation events, early warnings, and risk management.
- Handle budget forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sector-specific regulations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing regular project updates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects under NEC contracts.
- Experience in multiple sectors (e.g., rail, aviation, highways, energy).
- Strong financial management and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM).
