Our client, a leader in the water sector, is currently seeking an Electrical Project Engineer on a contract basis. The role will involve working across multiple sites under the Severn Trent Water portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and assessing electrical designs for water infrastructure projects
• Engaging with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Collaborating with contractors to ensure proper implementation of electrical systems
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Overseeing the electrical aspects of multiple sites within the Severn Trent Water portfolio
• Managing project timelines and resolving technical issues as they arise

Job Requirements:

• Experience in electrical engineering within the water sector
• BSc, HND, or HNC in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• Current 18th Edition certification
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification
• Strong communication skills for client and contractor engagement
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage varying project demands
• Proficiency in electrical design review and project management
