Job Description:

Purpose of the Role: To ensure conforming composite, metallic, or tooling parts are released from inspection to their next operation, whether it be a manufacturing operation or build task.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Measure parts using all available methods within the team's inspection capability, focusing on three key areas:
- Measurement of all required features of final race car parts before release to build.
- Measurement of sub-components before their next operation.
- Measurement of tooling parts before their next operation.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- A fully indentured engineering background in precision engineering or a similar industry.
- Experience with composite inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Previous work in an inspection department using modern and conventional technology to measure precision components.
- Experience with PCDIMIS, Polyworks, VX Elements, GOM Inspect, Faro/Power Inspect is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T is required.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Fully computer literate, including the use of an MRP system.
