Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing the teams in Mold, comprising senior engineers, an apprentice, and a graduate
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to win new business and expand client relationships
• Ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure projects with a focus on technical excellence
• Collaborating with the Welsh Government and NMWTRA on key projects
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Mentoring and supporting team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development
• Representing the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development
• Ensuring all projects comply with relevant legislation and quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and delivery
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and developing teams
• Deep technical knowledge within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the HTP environment
• Ability to win new work and build robust client relationships
• Familiarity with the main industry players and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
