Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Support Senior Product Owners throughout the product lifecycle (e.g., WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure value for money and service continuity.
- Develop and maintain product management skills, helping prioritize and manage work effectively.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (Asset Managers, Network Architects, Security, etc.) to support product lifecycle transitions and optimize services.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve and anticipate issues impacting services.
- Represent the team in meetings to discuss service incidents and upcoming outages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to inform product decisions and maintain lifecycle management plans (TLMPs).
- Provide expert input and serve as a contact for escalations.
- Generate regular reports and updates for governance cycles.
- Offer subject matter expertise for service deliveries and projects.
Requirements:
- Strong service management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing service continuity, product lifecycles, and operational processes.
- Incident and problem management expertise.
- Ability to work within constraints and deliver user-focused services.
