Job description

As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing the safe planning and execution of the highways term maintenance contract while taking financial control and ownership of the successful delivery.

Key Duties:

We are looking for the following experience:

• Minimum of 5 years construction related supervisory / project management experience, ideally within highways sector.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• Good working knowledge of contract conditions i.e. programme management, risk management, cost management, forecasting etc.
• Knowledge of the NEC contract
