Job description

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Programme Management team to meet business goals.
• Working with Engineering and other teams to manage risks and resolve issues.
• Planning and coordinating project activities to meet business objectives.
• Ensuring effective project management processes are in place.
• Allocating resources and managing the development of the PM team.
• Acting as a point of contact for critical issues and decisions.
• Building strong customer relationships and contributing to business strategy.

Requirements:

• Senior-level Programme Management experience in defence technology/engineering.
• A relevant degree and knowledge of APM methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with complex programmes, project management tools, and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Must be eligible for security clearance and able to travel regularly.
