Our client, a prominent provider in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Supervisor to start work on a HS2 project in Aylesbury. This is a contract role with an anticipated start date around 21st October 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction-related projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Coordinate daily activities of blue-collar workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Ensure all equipment and materials are used effectively and maintained properly
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on site
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, resources used, and time management
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• SSSTS is essential
• SEQOHS Medical is essential
• EKFB Induction is advantageous
• Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety standards
• Proven ability to supervise on projects and coordinate teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
