Job description

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical systems? We are seeking an experienced Control Panel Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning control panels, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and commissioning of MCC control panels and PLC systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of 3-phase systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Work with and interpret schematic drawings for troubleshooting and system validation.
• Perform routine and final testing, including continuity, insulation, and functional tests on control panels.
• Identify and diagnose faults, providing solutions for system improvements.
• Ensure all work meets relevant industry regulations and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essential.
• 2391 Testing and Inspection certification - essential.
• Strong understanding of PLC systems and MCC control panels.
• Experience with three-phase electrical systems and industrial control panels.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Proven experience in testing, fault finding, and commissioning in industrial settings.
