Our client is seeking a Designer's Site Representative to join their team for an exciting contract position. Starting on 6th January 2025 and lasting approximately 18 months, this role will be site-based in Perthshire.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising on-site activities and ensuring compliance with design specifications
• Reviewing materials approvals and test results
• Assessing and preparing RAMS and as-built records
• Implementing design changes on site when necessary
• Maintaining comprehensive construction-related records
• Responding to contractor technical queries and requests for information

Job Requirements:

• Experience in earthworks construction, sheet piling works, and reinforced concrete works with stone facing
• Proficient in managing drainage works within environmentally sensitive areas
• Ability to work effectively adjacent to properties
• Comfortable with reviewing materials approvals and managing test results
• Strong ability to prepare and manage RAMS and as-built records
• Skilful in making design changes on site
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills
• Understanding of contractor technical queries and RFI processes
