Our client, a prominent entity within the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specialising in SAP and SuccessFactors. This is a hybrid, permanent position that requires security clearance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the change process, gathering and formalising business change requirements, and supporting the management of these changes.
• Oversee and act as an escalation point for issues/incidents, working closely with internal centre of excellence teams and third-party support partners.
• Undertake configuration changes across the SuccessFactors module suite based on our clients SuccessFactors support model, coordinating testing activities and managing them through the change control process.
• Provide end-user support and coaching to ensure adoption, along with training and support for key stakeholders.
• Support routine system activities including role-based permissions, system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the system, data imports, and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and the broader SAP product and systems landscape, supporting multiple modules.
• Extensive experience in supporting HRIS solutions with a broad understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of development and change management lifecycles.
• The ability to problem-solve and see the wider picture, enabling the identification of root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions.
• Proven experience working effectively with internal and external customers.
• Completion of SAP SuccessFactors courses/qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Must hold and maintain relevant security clearances.
