Job description

Our client is seeking a General Operative to start immediately on a Thames Water project in Abingdon. The contract runs through Christmas and may extend into the new year. This is a night shift role, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday), from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor levels in a manhole chamber
• Operate a pump as needed
• Complete shift reports
• Communicate with residents when required (residential site)

Details:

• Location: Southmoor, Abingdon
• Shift: 18:00 - 06:00, 7 nights (Monday-Sunday)
• Requirements:
  • CSCS Card or Blue Skilled Worker
  • Thames Water Safety Passport (preferred, but we can arrange if needed)
• Duration: Until December, with the possibility of extending into the new year
