Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the ERP system (IFS) and other core business applications
• Install and configure IFS Cloud
• Install and test IFS releases and service updates
• Create and customise IFS Cloud objects, fields, logical units, pages, tabs, events, lobbies, triggers, SQL reports, permission sets, and projections
• Create and install custom APIs
• Produce Crystal reports and Business Reporter outputs
• Handle data migration
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems and incidents
• Provide system specifications, support documentation, and facilitate systems testing
• Manage and carry out deployments across different environments (Dev, Test, Prod) in accordance with the company change management process
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Design and develop solutions that satisfy business requirements and deliver measurable business benefits
• Engage with software owners, vendors, and support partners for technical support and guidance
• Recommend business improvements through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology

Job Requirements:

Essential

• Experience with IFS Cloud, specifically in creating and customising IFS Cloud objects, fields, logical units, pages, tabs, events, lobbies, triggers, reports, permission sets, and projections
• Proven experience in creating and installing custom APIs
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to quickly assimilate relevant new technologies, concepts, architectures, and features
• Knowledge or experience with programming/scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL
• Passion for high-quality IT service delivery and continuous improvement
