CSA Lead

We're looking for an experienced CSA Manager looking for a step up or an experienced CSA Lead to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects across Europe, this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Finland.

This role is paying anything between €100,000 to €120,000 annually. You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis with additional benefits covering your pension, solo occupancy accommodation, generous weekly site allowance and much more…

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background in the Construction, Structural & Architectural disciplines. With experience across managing, tracking & developing project costs, budgets, labour, commissioning, project performance. Directing set up for the CSA activities, reporting documentation, schedules, continuous engagement with key stakeholders, monitoring the projects health and safety processes and much more…

• Must have previous CSA Manager/Lead experience on large projects.
• Must have an EU passport due to this work being in Finland.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• A positive and can-do attitude to be able to make a difference within the team.
• An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
