Job description
Our client, a significant organisation within the Not for Profit sector, is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to join their team in a permanent capacity. Permanent, full-time position operating a hybrid working model ( 1 -2 days a week in the offices near to Maidstone, Kent )
The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with technical solutions across different organisational levels as they undergo a large Digital transformation encompassing Technology and Business process. This position is central to fostering technological innovation and strategic alignment within the organisation. You will require a proven combination of both Technical strength and expertise coupled with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders of all levels up to and include C-Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Architecture Project team - including Foundation, Data, Solution, Security, and Infrastructure.
- Take ownership and accountability for the design, governance, implementation, and adoption of technology architecture within the Transformation Programme ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate and facilitate alignment of key stakeholders, ensuring scalability and security.
- Guide the organisation in planning, designing, and operationalising digital strategies.
- Align best practices while driving innovative solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT architecture and enterprise-level implementation.
- Solid Technical depth of Microsoft technologies
- Strong understanding of / implementation of business models, operating models, and financial models.
- Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with existing, new, and emerging technologies and processing environments.
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term implications of decisions.
- Translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements.
