Duration: 24 - Oct - 2024 to 28-Dec-2024
Short-term gig, need someone very quickly.

In this role, the candidate will provide local support for corporate services functions (Service managers, engineers, incident managers) in case of incidents effecting/impacting local services and infrastructure (i.e., systems network, hardware, cabling, networking connectivity). Provide updates on local site-specific information, and user experience at the major incident call.

Provide support for local business initiatives, projects, and as well as support to land in-scope Global Support technology experiences and investments, including but not limited to physical infrastructure deployment and installations.

Site Operations Support Tech:

  • The purpose of the "Site Infrastructure Support" service, is to enhance the performance and the availability of the local IT infrastructure services by supporting the remote teams accountable for monitoring and running these services through the provision of local technical resources.
  • Manage Site IT infrastructure availability, which includes but not limited to support of WAN-LAN-Wireless connectivity, Enterprise Voice, within business or non-business hours (as per requirement) based on the client standard support model as defined by the client network team.
  • Support network/internet connection circuits (Installations, Management, Audit trail) as defined by the client network team.
  • Network maintenance and troubleshooting (Wired and Wireless) as defined by the client network support team.
  • Maintain EV (Voice Enterprise) gateway devices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating events
  • Experience with training delivery to end users
  • Proficiency with Windows/Office
  • Quick at learning new technologies
  • Able to prioritise work and multitask
  • Able to document and create new training materials and content
  • Able to create and communicate timely reports and analytics

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience in network infrastructure support and driving projects.
  • Drivers License is good to have , travel is rare, working within client premise
