Key Responsibilities:

• Leading client projects and providing subject matter expertise
• Working in scrum-like environments for iterative and 'fail-fast' work and innovation
• Assessing clients' business and technical needs, identifying opportunities for data science
• Solving problems using data science techniques in a scientifically robust manner
• Identifying relevant data sources and leveraging them to meet client needs
• Working with various forms of data and suitably modelling them for efficient data science use
• Investigating and analysing data to derive meaningful insights
• Applying statistical and evidence-based techniques to inform data-driven decisions
• Communicating technical content at an appropriate level to clients and internal teams
• Building maintainable code using existing and novel data science techniques
• Designing, evaluating, and implementing data science and machine learning techniques
• Developing scalable models and algorithms for production environments

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and data engineering
• Experience in a consultancy, engineering, or data industry environment
• Proven ability to lead client delivery across various projects
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Demonstrable continuous personal development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Understanding of coding best practices and design patterns
