Job description

Hours:

• Core Days: 37 hrs/week
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
• Late Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 11:45pm (after training period)

Pay: PAYE + Holiday Pay

• Core days £16.28 per hour (increasing to £16.77 after 12 weeks)
• Late Shift Premium (20%): £19.53 rising to £20.12 per hour
• Overtime: £24.41, Sundays: £32.55 (rising after 12 weeks)

Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Coil Winder to operate coil-winding machines, handling delicate tasks with precision. Responsibilities include winding wire coils, trimming and adjusting materials, assembling parts, and using brazing equipment.

Key Skills Needed:

• Dexterity for precise coil-winding
• Hand Tool Proficiency for machine and tool operation
• Brazing Skills for metal assembly
