Senior / Principal Civil / Structural Engineer
📍 Location: Warrington & Leeds (1 position at each location)
💼 Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
⏳ Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
🕒 Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible hours available)

The Role
We're seeking both Senior and Principal Civil/Structural Engineers to join our Warrington and Leeds teams. Reporting to the Company Director, you will lead and manage projects up to £20 million, covering commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic, and temporary works design. Mentorship and guidance for junior engineers will be a core part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians
- Oversee projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare reports
- Review structural designs, including calculations
- Liaise with clients to manage project scope
- Prepare tenders, fee proposals, and foster client relationships

Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience: Senior: 4+ years; Principal: 8+ years
- Credentials: Working towards or Chartered (ICE or IStructE)
- Skills: Strong technical and project management skills, familiarity with Eurocodes and UK standards
- Other: Full UK driving licence
