Job Opportunity: Test Support Team Leader - Engine Dyno Operations

Join our team supporting cutting-edge automotive and motorsport engine testing!

The Role: Lead a skilled team of support technicians to enable efficient engine testing on dynos and test rigs. You'll manage workload, oversee electrical systems, and ensure testing equipment is calibrated and ready. Responsibilities include:

• Prioritising projects and reporting progress
• Managing support requests and maintenance schedules
• Creating and maintaining electrical installation drawings and procedures
• Ensuring water cooling systems meet safety standards
• Overseeing inventory and calibration records
• Handling supplier coordination and team administration

About You: With experience in engine test support, you're organised, proactive, and adept at balancing multiple priorities. You have a deep understanding of engine testing, excellent communication skills, and qualifications in a relevant engineering field (BTEC, ONC or higher).
