Are you ready to take on a hands-on engineering role with a focus on advanced engine testing and facility upgrades? We're seeking a Senior Test Support Engineer to join our dynamic Test House team.

About the Role: You'll apply a broad range of engineering expertise to support and enhance testing operations, ensuring accurate and reliable testing of engines and components. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engineering solutions for engine test requirements
• Troubleshooting and resolving test equipment issues
• Selecting, installing, and calibrating sensors (pressure, temperature, torque, etc.)
• Programming test routines and configuring control systems
• Planning and overseeing facility upgrades with internal resources or subcontractors
• Providing progress updates and guiding junior team members

Your Profile: To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in automotive or powertrain testing, strong problem-solving skills, and an understanding of instrumentation and test bed control systems (CP Cadet or AVL Puma preferred). Skills in programming (C, Visual Basic), circuit design, and project management are also essential.
