Responsibilities
- Interface Management: Oversee project interfaces with third parties, ensuring coordinated development and smooth delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal and external stakeholders across regions, resolving issues and conflicting requirements promptly.
- Third-Party Engagement: Engage with affected stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, maintaining positive relationships throughout the project.
- Operational Contribution: Assist in the development of operational and management control systems, focusing on integration with third-party systems.
- Project Planning: Contribute to the Interface Management Plan, monitor implementation, and track project schedules and progress.
- Risk Management: Address third-party impacts proactively to minimise risks and commercial disputes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain standardised documents and reports, updating senior management on project risks, resolutions, and performance.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Facilitate team planning and delivery of interface works, addressing issues and implementing solutions as needed.
- Safety and Integrity: Promote hazard identification and EHS risk management, supporting safety and integrity across project areas.
Practical Scope
- Set up and lead interface meetings, documenting decisions and actions in Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Follow up on actions, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate with engineering and contract management teams for clarifications.
- Highlight upcoming risks, involve risk management, and maintain clear communication with project leads.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Experience: Proven experience with large, complex projects in sectors like oil & gas, energy, or offshore (e.g., wind).
- Certification: PMP Certification or equivalent.
- Environment: Experience in a matrix and international setting.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
