Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing design changes and implementation
• Identifying and recognising design changes
• Assisting contractors with design-related tasks
• Creating comprehensive geotechnical feedback reports
• Collaborating with cross-sector teams to ensure project success
• Managing and supervising on-site activities
• Liaising between clients and contractors to ensure clear communication

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably with CEng qualification or equivalent
• Demonstrable understanding of geotechnical design principles and practices
• Experience in implementing and managing design changes
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work both on-site (3 days/week) and from home (2 days/week)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration

Contract Details:

• 40 hours a week, blending on-site and remote work
• 12-15 month contract with an immediate start
• Inside IR35
