Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing contractual and financial aspects of a large infrastructure project
• Administering NEC4 contracts, including early warning and risk management processes
• Providing geotechnical input and managing data related to ground investigations
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for the project
• Conducting site visits in Coventry as necessary to oversee project progress
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Implementing and maintaining effective cost control measures

Job Requirements:

• Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
• Understanding of NEC contracts, particularly NEC4
• Geotechnical expertise and experience in ground investigation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work from home with occasional visits to Coventry
