Job description

Our client, a leading consultancy in the high-tech and transportation planning (HTP) sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in their Bristol office. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and refining civil engineering designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Managing technical aspects of projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Preparing detailed engineering reports and documentation
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
• Conducting site inspections and assessments as required
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in civil engineering within the HTP sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and co-ordinate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to produce high-quality engineering reports
• Solid understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
