Job description
Day Shift Toolroom Setter (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking an experienced contractor to join our team as a Toolroom Setter for a six-month maternity cover position.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Day Shift Tool Setter
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: £23 per hour
- Start Date: 6th January 2025
- Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down tools in the metallics machine shop
- Coordinate with tooling companies as necessary
- Oversee stock management for tools and materials
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a machinist or tool setter is highly desirable
