Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Management: Handle the rental management of cycle hangar spaces, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee the roll-out of new bike hangars and the completion of a batch of installations.
• Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers for the repair and maintenance of bike hangars.
• Process Development: Develop new processes and online solutions to improve efficiency.
• Report Writing: Create detailed and accurate reports. A background in report writing is essential.
• Line Management: Supervise and support three Support Officers, providing guidance and ensuring effective team performance.
• Procurement and Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement and governance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Previous line management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in procurement and governance is a plus.
