Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Frontend Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our talented team of frontend engineers.

As an integral member of our engineering department, you will drive the development of our industry-leading products by guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality code delivery. But it's not just about code - you will also play a pivotal role in talent development, building a diverse and dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

You will set the tone for excellence, establish best-in-class practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with Product and Design, you will help shape our product roadmap and oversee cross-team alignment.

Required Experience

• Ability to lead and manage a team and drive results
• Comprehensive knowledge of Vue.js / React.js and JavaScript/Typescript languages and their modern syntax and features
• 10+ years of relevant experience in advanced software development, and 4+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including SCSS, BEM standard and responsiveness
• Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and development best practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, test automation) and testing frameworks e.g. Jest and Cypress
• Thorough knowledge of RESTful services and microservices
• General knowledge about Git, Webpack and other contemporary development technologies
