Job description

The Technology Business Analyst provides transformation advice, guidance and support to the organisation. They will identify areas for improvement in terms of process and efficiency and develop effective digital solutions to deliver that improvement.

The post holder reports to the Programme Lead for Technology Transformation or Programme Lead for Web and Digital and will work closely with all users across the organisation.

Support and promote the use of digital tools and agile ways of working within multidisciplinary teams (policy, operations and digital) to facilitate more effective service delivery.
