Job description

Our client, a leader in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking a Senior Safety Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate remotely with occasional visits to Devonport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and reviewing Safety Cases (SJP, PCSR, PRS, etc.)
• Managing modifications and design changes (LC/AC 22)
• Leading decommissioning projects
• Conducting functional safety assessments
• Supporting regulatory interfaces (GDA)
• Driving ARM analysis (Availability, Reliability, Maintainability)

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in safety engineering disciplines
• SC Clearance is essential
• Willingness to travel to Devonport occasionally
