Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the development and implementation of QA KPIs, integrating them within data pipelines and business intelligence reporting.
• Utilising statistical inference and modelling to ensure QA metrics align with customer and operational outcomes.
• Partnering with QA leadership and other analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of changes to QA outcomes.
• Enhancing the analytical capabilities of the QA team at scale and supporting the development of self-serve dashboards and QA products.
• Identifying and addressing customer and operational pain points by collaborating with various teams.
• Fostering an environment where ideas are openly shared and innovation is encouraged.
• Contributing to broader operational goals to achieve the company's mission: Money Without Borders.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in analytics, with significant experience in building data pipelines.
• Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge of Python/R.
• Expertise in data visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau, and a proven ability to tell stories using data.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working in highly empowered teams.
• A background in FinTech is preferred
• Someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment
