Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocating work and ensuring delivery against plan
• Delivering high-quality electrical engineering tasks to schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with national and international codes of practice, legislation, and company/client standards and procedures
• Managing obsolescence
• Producing surveys, load lists, equipment specifications, equipment sizing calculations, and scope of work for equipment refurbishment

Technical Experience:

• Good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements within the discipline
• Significant engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and standards
• Competence in requirements for installation of equipment in process plants involving potentially explosive areas
• Awareness of risk identification, quantification, management, and HSE requirements
